On friday Sgt.DareUs taught class which was mostly knee on belly stuff but attacks
Knee on Belly Attack 1
  1. With knee on the other dude's belly look for a choke
  2. If loser turns into you grab his arm (the one he is turning into you with) and lift it up
  3. Swing around for an armbar

(Issaac taught a similar move in seminar)

Knee on Belly Attack 2

  1. From side control feed the other dudes gi end to your arm around his head
  2. Holding tight on the Gi end perform knee on belly
  3. reach around with your arm and grab a baseball bat choke grip
  4. swing around the dude to complete baseball bat choke

In other training news I ran 3.3 miles on Sunday in 27:59 and biked 15miles at an avg speed of 16mph. I also biked up Cardiac hill (benton) which killed me. Then I ate a lot of food.
