since we had a lot of beginers we did basic escape from the guard. It was a good refresher course. I have posted a you tube equivalent of that (its really hard to find the exact video) but since this is just a database for me I don't really care. I mean you are probably an idiot if you think that you can learn jui jitsu from a blog or for that matter from a website. Get your lazy ass out there and work out!!!
I also found a loop choke online with great difficulty, this is not exactly what I had in mind but it will have to do.
